How do I order an Ooteman Giftcard?

Step 1 = Select the value of the Giftcard, you can choose from € 10,00 till € 250,00.

Step 2 = Quantity says 1. You can only order one Giftcard at a time. It is of course possible to order multiple cards in one order.

Step 3 = Choose "I want to print out the Giftcard myself" or "Send the Giftcard by email to someone else". In the second case fill in the name and email address of the person you want to surprise. You will receive a confirmation email when your Giftcard is opened by the recipient.

Step 4 = You may write your personal message in the boxes under "Text on Giftcard".

Step 5 = Click on "Add to shopping cart".

Step 6 = Shopping cart: Check the content of your shopping cart and click on "continue" or on "Back to shop", if you want to buy more products.

Step 7 = Your account: For ordering at ooteman.nl you'll need an account. Click on "Make your account" if you are a new customer, or fill in your name and password and click on "Log in" if you allready have an account. When you're succesfully logged in you can go to the next step.

Step 8 = Delivery / Comments: When needed fill in an other delivery address or place a remark. Then click on "continue".

Step 9 = Confirmation: Check your order information again and click on "confirm order".

Step 10 = Payment: When you follow the directions it's very easy to pay.

How do I exchange an Ooteman Giftcard?

Step 1 = Place the desired item in the shopping cart.

Step 2 = Enter your Giftcard Code. Your code is automatically checked and the amount of the Giftcard will be deducted from the subtotal. Make sure that the amount of the subtotal of your order is bigger than the amount on the Giftcard, it is not possible to pay a negative total.

Step 3 = Follow the steps in the ordering process.

Step 4 = Confirmation: Check your order information again and click on "confirm order". PLEASE NOTE! The moment you click on the "confirm order" button, your Ooteman Giftcard is immediately submitted and used. So make sure the payment is successful at once.

Terms Ooteman Giftcard

The following terms apply only to the online Ooteman Giftcard

• The Ooteman Giftcard can only be ordered from ooteman.nl.
• The Ooteman Giftcard is not exchangeable for cash.
• The Ooteman Giftcard will be deducted from the subtotal of all products in your order.
• The Ooteman Giftcard has an unlimited validity.

• You can exchange one Ooteman Giftcard per online order.
• You can exchange the Ooteman Giftcard both online and in our store.
• Ooteman Paardensport is not responsible for lost or stolen Giftcards.
• If you return an item where you've paid (partially) with an Ooteman Giftcard, your Giftcard will be upgraded with the original amount, after your return has been processed. Any remaining amount will be transferred to you.
