When can I return?

If a product doesn't satisfy your needs, you can return this within 14 days after receiving the product. The product then needs to be unused, clean and undamaged (for example, don't try on a rug directly on the coat, but use a clean rug underneath it). If a return is received used, damaged and/or dirty, it will be returned untreated. This also applies for returns without the original package and labels.

How do I send a return?

It's important that you send the product together with the return form you've filled in. The product needs to be in the original package, with all the labels and in a box around the original package. Please remember to include enough postage. The product will then be exchanged or the paid amount will be returned within 14 days. Always send a copy of the receipt or the invoice and don't forget to mention your bank account number.
