Guarantee

Ooteman Paardensport pursues to measure up to the highest demands of quality. If a product may have any unexpected defects under normal use, Ooteman Paardensport will repair this defects free of charge. This can be repair or replacement. The defects will first be checked and judged by us. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and/or material defects. Ofcourse the guarantee does not cover normal wear.

Used zippers from riding boots, for example, are subject to wear and tear and are not covered by the warranty.

In case of a complaint within the guarantee period, send the product, with enough postage included, to our customer service. Include a letter in which you explain your complaint and always include a copy of your receipt or the invoice. Ofcourse you can also contact our customer service first. The receipt or invoice is also your guarantee certificate.
