How to order

Placing an order by ooteman.nl is very simple!

Step 1 = Click on "add to shopping cart" by the product you want to buy.

Step 2 = Shopping cart: Check the content of your shopping cart and click on "continue" or on "Back to shop", if you want to buy more products.*

Step 3 = Your account: For ordering at ooteman.nl you'll need an account. Click on "Make your account" if you are a new customer, or fill in your name and password and click on "Log in" if you allready have an account. When you're succesfully logged in you can go to the next step.

Step 4 = Delivery / Comments: When needed fill in an other delivery address or place a remark. Then click on "continue".

Step 5 = Confirmation: Check your order information again and click on "confirm order".

Step 6 = Payment: When you follow the directions it's very easy to pay.

Complete payment after failure

If your payment is not successful at once, you still can fulfill your payment within 24 hours and thereby place your order.

If you are logged in you can click on your name in the yellow bar and get to your details. Then click on "My orders". You will find a list of all your orders and their status. Under an unpaid order the button "Complete payment" will stand for 24 hours . If you click on this and follow the directions it's very easy to complete your payment.
