When purchasing in the equestrian store:
- Offers valid until stock lasts.
- Reservations only by email via info@ooteman.nl. After receiving our confirmation email, the saddle is reserved for you for 8 hours.
- Special sale saddles may have been used during the saddle fit service. For example the girth straps may have some slight usermarks.
- After purchasing the saddle you can try and test it with some caution.
- You can also try the saddle on our saddle rack. It's also possible, after making an appointment, to visit the equestrian store with you horse or pony.
- After purchasing the saddle in our equestrian store, you can return this, without giving reasons, within three working days. We will return the purchase amount, provided that the saddle is in the same condition as when purchased. If not, the possible damage will be deducted from the purchase amount. The purchase amount will be refunded on your bank account the same day.
- When returning, always bring the original sales receipt including all labels.
- When you saddle doesn't fit perfectly, our saddle fitting service can visit you. Within a distance of 75 kilometers € 100,00 saddle fitting costs will be charged. If, for example, the panels have to be adjusted to your horses back, there'll be made a price quote in advance.
- The saddle fitting service costs € 100,00 on top of the special sale price. If you don't purchase a saddle, the € 100,00 saddle fitting costs will always be charged.
- When purchasing a new (not special sale) saddle worth more than € 800,00, the € 100,00 saddle fitting costs will void.
- At a distance of over 75 kilometers and on the Dutch isles there's a surcharge, we can inform you about this via telephone.
- For all special sale saddles applies 1 year guarantee on the stitching and 5 years on the tree.
When purchasing over the internet:
- Offers valid until stock lasts.
- Special sale saddles may have been used during the saddle fit service. For example the girth straps may have some slight usermarks.
- Special sale saddles are carefully checked by Ooteman Equestrian for any damage. These have been described in the product information. If you find any other damage on the saddle when you've received it, you should report this immediately via info@ooteman.nl.
- After receiving the saddle you can try and test it with some caution.
- Please notify via info@ooteman.nl whether you want to keep or return the saddle, so we know in time if a special sale saddle is being returned.
- If you want to return a special sale saddle, please return it as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days. The product needs to be clean and undamaged. If a return is received damaged and/or dirty, it will be returned untreated. This also applies for returns without the original package and labels.
- It's important that you send the product together with the return form you've filled in. The product needs to be in the original package, including all the labels. Please remember to include enough postage. We then will return the purchase amount, provided that the saddle is in the same condition as when purchased. If not, the possible damage will be deducted from the purchase amount. The purchase amount will be refunded on your bank account the same day. Always send a copy of the receipt or the invoice and don't forget to mention your bank account number.
